Here we are... at our yard sale! Garrett rented my parents place to a family, so we needed to clear out all the furniture, so we decided to have a yard sale. This was my first and last yard sale. The only real reason we did a yard sale was because we had an entire apartment to clear out and sale everything. It was such a hot, humorous, long day. We had a lot of good laughs with a moving all the furniture out and debating with each person the price for each item. It was great to have Garrett there since many of the people interested in items spoke better Spanish than English.
So, in the end, we were pretty successful. It was nice to get rid of so many items all in one day. The items we had left Garrett was able to sell the rest on KSL. Growing up, we never had any yard sales, we always just gave anything to D.I., but in this case we needed to get items moved out fast (plus I don't have a truck). So, in this case it worked, but I plan to never have to have another one of these again. :)
